EU Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal, all items must be returned in the following condition:

* Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear or use

* All original tags & hygiene liner attached  and intact

* In original packaging, undamaged and resealable

* Free from odours, marks, or any indication of use

All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these conditions, including where hygiene standards have been compromised. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

We photograph all orders prior to dispatch to record their condition at the time of shipment.

Hygiene Exception

Please note that posing trunks and competition swimwear are intimate apparel items. Where items have been unsealed or worn, they may be excluded from the right of withdrawal on hygiene grounds in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We assess each return on a case-by-case basis.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications (alternative sizing) or clearly personalised (crystallised trunks)

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
