EXCHANGE POLICY


Since all our trunks are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are more than happy to assist with any queries regarding models, sizing and colours.


You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. You can exchange any pair of posing trunks for another size, colour or model, providing they show no signs of wear, are in their original packaging with tags on and have the hygiene liner still attached.


We cannot accept exchanges for posing trunks with any signs of wear, custom trunks (crystallised), custom sizing, or tanning supplies. Any items returned showing signs of wear will be sent back to you immediately at your expense.


To start an exchange, please book your trunks in HERE. The system will approve your exchange and send you a confirmation to include with your exchange. From the day you booked your exchange you have 30 days to return the trunks to us to be exchanged, after that the exchange will be rejected.
 Trunks sent to us without an exchange booked in will be returned to you immediately.

Iron Eagle Posing Trunks is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred when sending trunks back, but will ship the exchange once more for free. After that, all shipping charges are at your expense.



EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.


To exercise this right, contact us at info@posingtrunks.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, with tags and hygiene liner intact. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.


Please note: Custom or personalised items (e.g. crystallised trunks or trunks made to specific requirements) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
