SHIPPING POLICY


We ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain destinations. We do not ship to PO Boxes.


PROCESSING TIME


All Iron Eagle Posing Trunks are made to order and ship the next working day after your order is placed.


Order on Friday → ships Monday. Order on Monday → ships Tuesday.


Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, new releases, or holidays. Shipping speed and processing time are separate — delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.


SHIPPING CARRIERS


We ship via UPS or Royal Mail for all international orders. Iron Eagle Posing Trunks reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for each order where a faster option is available at no additional cost.


UK SHIPPING


We offer the following Royal Mail services for UK orders:


Special Delivery 1PM — Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1PM
Express Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days
Standard Tracked 48 — 3–5 working days


Delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's performance and are not guaranteed except where stated. Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.


US SHIPPING — IMPORTANT NOTICE


Due to current US import tariff rules, the shipping method you choose can significantly affect the total cost of your order.


US imports from the UK are currently subject to a 10% tariff under existing trade rules, plus a 27.6% MFN (Most Favored Nation) tariff applied by courier and express services.


Royal Mail does not apply the 27.6% MFN tariff, making it significantly more cost-effective for most US orders — typically around 30% less in total landed cost compared to courier services.


For this reason, we recommend Royal Mail as the default shipping method for US orders. Please note that Royal Mail transit times may be slightly longer than express courier options.


Express shipping (48–72 hour delivery) is available for customers who prioritise speed, but please be aware that the total cost will be considerably higher due to the applicable tariffs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We ship internationally to most destinations worldwide. All international orders ship the next working day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


EU Orders: As we ship from the UK, EU orders may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. Orders over €150 may also incur customs duty charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.


All International Orders: Shipping fees do not cover duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import taxes. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges. Refused or abandoned packages are non-refundable.


TRACKING & CONFIRMATION


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or the email address used at checkout.


WORRY FREE DELIVERY


We offer optional Worry Free Delivery protection at checkout. This covers your order against delay, loss, and theft.


If something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly from your tracking page. Claims are resolved within 48 hours.


We strongly recommend adding Worry Free Delivery, particularly for international orders.


LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ORDERS


If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@posingtrunks.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We cannot guarantee a resolution for claims raised after this period.


Where proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for any incorrect addresses provided at checkout and any resulting reshipping costs.


DELAYS


Once an order leaves our facility, shipping delays are outside of our control. We are unable to refund shipping costs for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
