2. These Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through www.posingtrunks.com by consumers located in the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We sell premium posing trunks and competition swimwear. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include VAT where required by law. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by destination and selecting shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We highly recommend to add Worry Free Shipping at checkout for full refund warranty against delay, loss & theft.

7. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions set out in our EU Return and Exchange Policy. Certain exceptions apply — please refer to that policy for full details.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at info@posingtrunks.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, as an EU consumer you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
