Important Update: Changes to Import Duties for US & EU Orders We want to keep you informed about recent changes to international import duties that affect orders shipped to the United States and European Union. United States — From 24 July 2026, the flat-rate 10% postal duty that previously applied to parcels sent via Royal Mail and other postal carriers has been removed by the US government. All parcels entering the United States are now subject to the full duty stack based on product classification and country of origin. For our products, this means a combined rate of 24.9% — made up of the standard US tariff rate of 14.9% plus a 10% country-specific tariff (UK). These duties are collected at checkout so you won't face any unexpected charges on delivery. European Union — From 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the European Union are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. As part of the EU's removal of the €150 customs duty exemption, a flat-rate customs duty of €3 per product category now applies to all imports from outside the EU, regardless of order value. This is collected at checkout alongside your local VAT. We know these changes add to the cost of ordering from us, and we're sorry that this is out of our hands — these charges are set by governments and are entirely outside our control.
